CHANTAL M. JOSEPH, ESQ.
Chantal M. Joseph, Esq. is an experienced litigator with over 10 years of trial experience. Ms Joseph prides herself in providing client focused, experience driven, and highly quality representation throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her practice areas focus primarily in Criminal Defense, Immigration, and Family Law.
In 2000, Ms. Joseph received a B.A. Degree in Political Science from Howard University in Washington, DC and received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003.
Ms. Joseph began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, Baltimore City. As an Assistant Public Defender in Baltimore City, Ms. Joseph gained valuable experience in defending clients at trial charged with a large variety of criminal offenses, such as murder, drug distribution, aggravated assault, rape, robbery and other serious criminal offenses. In addition, Ms. Joseph has extensive experience litigating Immigration and Family Law cases.
Ms. Joseph practices throughout the state of Maryland, including Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Charles County, Howard County, and
Prince George’s County.
